The detached villa offers 95sqm of living space for up to 6 people (plus 2 children up to 4 years) and was renovated in 2018.
The open plan ground floor contains the living and dining area as well as an open kitchen. In the living area, a comfortable corner couch and an armchair invite you to linger in case the weather does not play along. A modern Smart TV is naturally part of the equipment.
The dining area offers a large table with six chairs.
In the open and modern equipped kitchen there are all necessary appliances (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee and coffee pad machine, combi microwave and electric kettle).
You will also find a separate guest toilet and storage room. In the storeroom there is a washing machine and a handcart, which is ideal for excursions to the beach.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with adjacent box spring beds and one with separate box spring beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a free safe. You will also find the bathroom with toilet, double washbasin and bathtub.
There are two terraces at the rear outside. The large lawn area (> 400m²) is fenced and separated from the neighbouring plots by dense planting so that you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed. The garden gate is equipped with a childproof lock from Locinox. A large garden table, six chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol are provided. Two cars can be parked directly in front of the house. Other free parking spaces are only about 150 metres away.
The house is family friendly. A high chair, a travel cot, a stair guard and secured sockets offer you the necessary comfort if you arrive as a young family with a baby or toddler.
